Just like that, we’re locked in for a month (at least) of warmth, comfort, and relaxation. Not the words you were thinking of to describe the situation? The team has decided to focus on what we can control and place a strong emphasis on positive aspects of the current situation and not dwell on the negatives. Although the nation has been somewhat turned upside down in a week, our current lockdown status can be used to recharge, re-evaluate and re-motivate for when it all gets back to normal.
Right, enough of lockdown talk lets get back to our usual spiel. Please reconcile your Xero up until the 31st March by April 4th. I’m sure we won’t have to chase too hard this month, now that many of you have gallons of time on your hands! Think of reconciling as a way to reminisce on your business activities and get ahead for when things gear back up.
Just a quick important note: Please remember that filing obligations have not changed, and you’re still required to file all returns – it’s business as usual on that front. We won’t go too much into detail on what has and hasn’t changed due to Covid-19 as I’m sure you’re sick of hearing about it. Our two latest blog posts explain it all – Check them out here.
